Gleamingly Obvious Connections through Translation
Violaceae Repeated in the Water Doctrine (The Voynich Manuscript)
As I’ve seen through direct translation using my methods here and here several plants and roots are depicted within the same families or look-alike families, for example variations of the Yew and several plant roots here.
Below is commonly misunderstood as a Viola Tri-color, despite there being one (possibly two) colors on the petals depicted, and we actually see it again in the manuscript. I have found through translation of the colors/qualities mentioned and the pigments thoughtfully used and placed, BOTH 9v and 52r are far closer to the Field Pansy or the Viola Odorata or the Penny-White Cornuta, but not the Tri-color.
