Likely Center of Cartography Map in The Voynich Manuscript

The Church of Porto Ceresio was built in the 18th century but the metal design of fixtures on top of the bell tower where likely older or designed from older fixtures.

This aids in my argument that the Voynich Manuscript was written in a form of Cisalpine Celtic that is accessible through Modern Phonetic Irish translation. I initially looked at Cisalpine Celtic alphabets, specifically Venetic, Lugano and Lepontic and immediately notices similarities and started assigning corresponding letters for what would become my functional lexicon. This location connects the actual individual characters to the alaphabet’s origin, as I originally suspected, around Lugano. This specific port possibly being the home-base location, so to speak, for this educational manuscript.
